Recently our country has been a victim of an unfortunate accident. A ship of Nomen has
sunk near the Whenua coast and spilled more than 1,000 tonnes of radioactive
waste. Although the ship was sailing under the Nomen flag, the waste in question was originally from FRED. The waste brought a lot of harm to the animals and coral reefs of
Whenua. Unfortunately Whenua wasn’t the only victim, also our lovely Magnolia Island was
affected by this shipwrecking. A couple of days after the ship had sunk, enormous radioactive crabs started to appear on our Island, scaring all the islanders away.
Agreement between the countries
After a long discussion in court, we have agreed to accept a well written apology from FRED
and we demanded that they remove all the radioactive crabs from our Island. With Nomen
we also came to an agreement that they put out a formal statement where they promise not
to violate the UBN coastline agreements anymore in the future. They also volunteered to
completely clean up the ocean.
Both the countries guarantee that this will not happen again in the future, they are aware of
the consequences and will pay better attention. Nomen has also spoken about this tragedy
in their local newspaper, they are very shocked by this incident and will take all
responsibility. ``We think it’s very important to respect all living creatures, incidents like this
one should be avoided, measures will be taken’’. FRED’s authorities have also explained the
situation and showed their sympathy, after a long discussion with Nomen, they agreed to
arrange this better future-wise.
